Nextiva provides much more than just mobile VoIP calling. You’ll be able to collaborate with colleagues, run video conferences, send automated surveys and manage sales pipelines. Those features are mostly available in the top-tier plans, though.
There are three plans from which you can choose that vary in pricing depending on sales and the number of users you plan to add. For example, the low-priced plan costs $17.95 per user, per month for a business with 100 or more users or $23.95 per user, per month for up to four users, so this is a better pick for larger businesses.
The typical VoIP features are part of most Nextiva plans, including unlimited domestic calling, voice mail transcription and an auto attendant. Video meetings are available on the lowest-priced plan, but not SMS texting. As you move up the tiers, you’ll unlock advanced features such as pipeline management tools, customer journey reporting and ticket management.
Nextiva is one of the most expensive options for mobile VoIP services. And you won’t even be able to extend its functionality with integrations until you pay for one of the higher-priced plans.
